Cohort Highlights:
Provides full, four-year scholarships (to include nursing-specific expenses) to eligible recipients from 11 surrounding counties who are encouraged to work in the area for two years following graduation to contribute to the nursing pipeline
Recipients reside together in a living-learning community, work on campus in clinical labs, and participate in a health-related study abroad program.
Includes leadership and professional development opportunities, such as an undergraduate-level leadership certificate and a mentoring program with local hospital administrators
Focuses on personal growth through special events, discussion groups and community service projects
